But we'll be listing enough info on each of them to hopefully help you decide whether or not they're worth your time. The preference for each is entirely subjective with rankings being personal. Here we take a look at the Game Packs available for The Sims 4. It can be somewhat overwhelming to delve through all these packs to decide which Sims 4 pack is the best and what you can do without, so we've made some handy guides to help you decide. These vary in terms of the content they offer and their price tag. They have so much DLC, in fact, that they split them into three categories: Expansions, Game Packs, and Stuff Packs. I might play Discover University this weekend and see how it is.The Sims 4 has a lot of DLC. I also have other ones that I haven’t played yet, so they’re not on this list. I love the town though, so I enjoy it because of that. The worst EP I have is get together because I don’t know what it does. It’s not a must have, but I don’t regret getting it. Because of this, it doesn’t really get old to me to explore the different career tracks.Ĥ.) Get Famous - I like this pack too, because it offers another story for my sims. I have a lot of EPs, game packs, and mods, so I don’t play the job track every time I play. The auto generated sims are hideous in this pack.ģ.) Get to Work - I actually think this pack is underrated. I like my sims doing laundry and having dirty clothes.Ģ.) City Living - I like the festivals and apartments. This pack also has cute buy mode items.ġc.) Laundry Day stuff - cute pack and I like realism in the sims. I feel like sims don’t really connect with their offspring and never have before this pack. I think the holidays are cute, esp if you’re a legacy player and enjoy the family dynamic.ġb.) Parenthood pack - also good if you play with families. With that being said, I like the following:ġ.) Seasons - it enhances overall gameplay. When the open worlds were first introduced, I had $3,000 custom build and my game still crashed every time I played it. The open worlds are a good example of this. From the time The Sims launched in 2000, the average sims player is not a gamer and didn’t have a computer with the kind of specs needed to run the kind of program we would want. I’m a bit less critical of the sims 4 because I think they scaled back a lot because it didn’t feel inclusive enough in previous versions.
